All prices are subject to availability at time of booking. Prices are subject to alteration, change and currency fluctuations until bookings are paid in full and tickets have been issued. Prices can also be withdrawn at any time without notice, and will be re-assessed at time of booking and final payment. Travelrite International charges fees for services provided for all bookings , Domestic flights $20pp per sector, International flights $40pp per booking, Changes $75pp, Flight rebooking fee using existing credit $100 per file, Cancellations minimum $110pp plus unrecoverable commissions earned are nonrefundable in addition to operator (including Travelrite Tours) & wholesaler fees, as per their own (and Travelrite brochured) terms and conditions.
A minimum deposit of $110.00 per person is required at the time of booking and confirmation. This deposit is in addition to Tour / Cruise Operators and Wholesalers deposits. Deposits are non-refundable, however maybe transferable. Travelrite accepts Payments by Cash, Cheque, Direct Deposit and Credit Card. Please allow 5 working days for clearance of cheques. Credit Cards attract a surcharge of 1.5%.
Please ensure all Visa requirements have been met for your journey . Please ask your consultant for assistance if requirements unknown, especially if not travelling on an Australian Passport. Visa Waiver is mandatory for USA & Canada. If you wish Travelrite to process your Visa the fees are: Visa Waivers - $20, Online Visa - $50 & Manual Visa - $110.
Please advise your consultant of any special requirements you may have: special meals, seating requests or medical requirements.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended, please contact your consultant for a quote and copy of the PDS. Please ensure the insurance policy is suitable for your needs before your policy is issued.

Please advise Frequent Flyer numbers. Please note not all flights are eligible to earn points. Please retain your boarding passes in the unlikely event that the airlines have failed to credit your mileage.
To protect your privacy, bookings will not be discussed with anyone who is not part of a current booking. Please advise an Emergency contact in Australia, to avoid any problems
We recommend that you contact DFAT or visit their website at www.smartraveller.gov.au for general travel advice, as well as specific advice (including safety alert levels) relating to the destination you wish to visit. We strongly recommend that you familiarise yourself with the current status and updates to Australia's immigration and border arrangements during the COVID-19 outbreak, available at covid19.homeaffairs.gov.au. In addition you should familiarise yourself with airline requirements around passenger safety, including the requirement for face masks, vaccinations and the need to produce evidence meeting airline and border control requirements in relation to a negative COVID-19 test both for transit and final destination passengers.
