Joining you on-board Cunard’s magnificent Queen Anne is experienced tour manager Lyne Hirsch. Previously, Lyne was a member of The Senior Newspaper team for 30 years as as Escorted Tour Co-ordinator, working with renowned tour companies to create great value holiday destinations for the newspapers many readers. Now semi-retired and enjoying farm life on the Central Coast of New South Wales, Lyne has travelled extensively during her career to places all over the world. And now, like you she has been enticed by the Queen Anne and the magnificent scenery that awaits in Iceland.
DECK PLANSQueen Anne’s breathtaking interiors take inspiration from our past to define a striking new design direction for our future. Come on board to discover a ship that is modern, yet timeless. A ship that offers both exciting, novel experiences, as well as much-loved signature venues. Feel inspired by the blend of classic and contemporary. Enjoy the freedom to do as little or as much as you choose and indulge in everything that makes a Cunard ship so special. With luxurious flourishes enhanced by stylish décor, every day on Queen Anne offers a chance to sail the world in unparalleled comfort. Let tension dissipate in the tranquillity that awaits at the Mareel Spa, delight in the ceremony of our signature Afternoon Tea, and enjoy that extra special feeling as you descend into the Grand Lobby in your Gala Evening finery. Above all, rest easy in the knowledge that the finer details have been taken care of.
About a third of people on the cruise travel alone. We will match people in twin-share cabins when available, saving you the single supplement. You won’t be left alone; the Travelrite tour manager will be looking after you. There will be group activities almost every day.
During the day, feel free to relax and dress as you please in all areas of the ship. Then as the sun goes down, the style goes up. Every night on board, it is asked that you wear smart attire in most of the bars, restaurants and entertainment venues. On the much anticipated Gala evenings, you are invited to dress to impress and celebrate. There are two or three of these special Gala evenings for every seven days of your voyage. Of course, if you prefer to spend your evenings in more relaxed attire, a selection of casual dining and entertainment venues is always available for your enjoyment.
