During the day casual clothing is typical, although shorts and swimwear are not permitted in the formal restaurants. During the evening on formal nights, a dinner suit or jacket and tie for gentlemen and eveningwear for ladies is required for the main restaurants. Casual nights require a collared shirt for the gentlemen. The self-service restaurants are casual.
About a third of people on the cruise travel alone. We will match people in twin-share cabins, when available, saving you the single supplement. You won’t be left alone, the Travelrite tour manager will be looking after you – there will be group activities almost every day.

VIEW ITINERARYDAY 1 Tuesday 10 June 2025 Depart Australia/ New York, USA
Today we depart Australia on our flight to New York. As we cross the international
dateline we arrive in the early evening on the same day we departed Australia.
On arrival we are transferred to our centrally located New York hotel in downtown
Manhattan. During our time in New York the Tour Manager will assist those
interested in booking tickets to Broadway shows.
DAY 2 Wednesday 11 June 2025 New York
This morning we have a sightseeing tour of New York City. We will see the major
sites of the city including the Empire State Building, Wall Street, the Rockefeller
Centre, Fifth Avenue, Times Square and much more. We will also visit Ground Zero,
once the site of the World Trade Centre. The afternoon is free for sightseeing. A walk
up 5th Avenue or along the famous Highline Park is an unforgettable experience!

DAY 3 Thursday 12 June 2025 New York
This morning we travel by boat out to the famous Statue of Liberty. A gift from the
French to American people in 1886 and engineered by Gustave Eiffel, it has been
the symbol of the freedom of the USA to immigrants for over 100 years. We then
travel to historic Ellis Island where half the population of the US entered the United
States for the first time. We will see the route that new immigrants took through the
processing room, medical appraisal room and entry room.
DAY 4 Friday 13 June 2025 Queen Mary 2
This morning will be free for shopping and sightseeing. Early afternoon the group
will be transferred to the Queen Mary 2. Early evening the majestic liner will slip
her moorings and we will be on our way aboard the spectacular Queen Mary 2
on the route it was designed for, the transatlantic crossing. In the 1920s & 1930s
these great ships were patronised by film stars and royalty. Queen Mary 2 follows
on from the luxury and glamour of this era. Enjoy the spectacular view of the New
York skyline as we depart this wonderful city!

Our first day at sea to enjoy the many activities and magnificent facilities on the
Queen Mary 2.

With so many activities to choose from, why not take in a movie, or have a Line
Dancing lesson?

A free day to further explore the QM2 and enjoy the many facilities of the ship. This
afternoon join us for a fun game of Bingo with prizes.
DAY 8 Tuesday 17 June 2025 At sea
This morning enjoy a lecture or a show in the QM2 theatre. This afternoon join us
and test you general knowledge with a game of team trivia.
DAY 9 Wednesday 18 June 2025 At sea
There are so many activities to choose from on the QM2. Why not take some
Ballroom dancing lessons, or visit the library and find an interesting book to read
up on deck.
DAY 10 Thursday 19 June 2025 At sea
Why not take a swim in the marvellous outdoor pool or play shuffleboard this
morning? This afternoon join the group for a fun game of Trivia.
DAY 11 Friday 20 June 2025 London, UK
This morning we arrive in Southampton. After breakfast, we disembark the Queen
Mary 2 and are met by our private coach for our transfer to London. On the way to
London we will stop at Windsor castle, venue for the most recent Royal wedding.
We will have a tour of Windsor Castle and free time to explore the town. After
lunch we continue onto London where we have an overview sightseeing tour of
the city before we transfer to our hotel. We will see Westminster Abbey, Big Ben,
Trafalgar Square, St Paul’s Cathedral and more. During our stay in London the
Tour Manager will meet those wishing to dine with the group to go to a nearby
restaurant for dinner.
DAY 12 Saturday 21 June 2025 London
A free day to explore London. Visit some of the many sites in this historic city or
enjoy shopping in some of the world’s best stores. This evening enjoy a traditional
pub meal, dine in one of the many fine restaurants in the city or perhaps take in a
West End show.
DAY 13 Sunday 22 June 2025 Paris, France
Today we transfer to St Pancras Station to board the Eurostar train to travel through
the “Chunnel” to Paris. On arrival into Paris we have a sightseeing tour of this
fascinating city. We will see the Eiffel Tower, the Champs Elysees and the Arc de
Triomphe. We are then transferred to our hotel with the rest of the day free.
DAY 14 Monday 23 June 2025 Paris
Today we experience the thrill of climbing the Eiffel Tower. We start with a river
cruise along the Seine River, a relaxing way to see the sights of Paris from a different
angle. The cruise concludes at the Eiffel Tower where we will enjoy lunch at the
Madame Brasserie on level 1. You will enjoy spectacular views from this iconic
landmark.
DAY 15 Tuesday 24 June 2025 Paris
Today we travel into the French countryside to the small village of Giverney. We visit
the villa and famous gardens of the Impressionist painter Claude Monet. We will
see the lake with its water lilies so beloved by Monet and its little Japanese bridge.
This evening we attend the famous Moulin Rouge show with dinner included. This
fantastic show is a stunning mix of glamour and traditional Parisian style.
DAY 16 Wednesday 25 June 2025 Departure
This morning the group will be transferred to the Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport for
our flight to Australia.

Tour members arrive back in Australia. The tour concludes.

International touring can involve a considerable amount of walking and stair climbing in the places visited and it is important that all tour participants have a level of physical fitness that allows them to take part in this activity without the need of assistance from others.
TOUR OPERATOR:
Travelrite International Pty Ltd (ABN 64 005 817 078)
is the tour organiser. Queen Mary 2 is operated by Cunard Cruise Line and
the Queen Mary 2 fly/cruise arrangements are subject to the terms and
conditions and general information detailed in the Cunard website. All
passengers must complete an online Cunard cruise personaliser and sign a
Travelrite International booking form.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT:
A non-refundable deposit of $900 per passenger
should be sent with a completed Travelrite International booking form
that lists your requested cabin category. As soon as the booking is
confirmed, (usually within 24 hours), a cruise confirmation advice will be
posted to the client. The confirmation advice will contain all details. Final
payments are due to be paid to Travelrite International 90 days prior to the
commencement of the cruise package. A 1.5% administration fee will be
added to payments by credit card.

REFUNDS:
The cruise is based on arrangements which do not allow for any
refunds in respect to sightseeing, accommodation, meals or other services
not utilised after the tour has commenced.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:
All passengers will require a valid passport.
Passengers will need to complete an online US ESTA Visa waiver.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Adequate travel insurance is highly recommended to
cover cruise members for the consequences of unforeseen events during
the cruise and for cancellation fees which could result from events such as
illness, accident, death etc.
BAGGAGE:
Passengers qualify for a 23kg free baggage allowance on flights
to join or return from the cruise.
MINIMUM TOUR NUMBERS:
The fly/cruise arrangements have been
made on the basis of a minimum number of passengers travelling. In the
event that less than the required number of passengers have confirmed
their booking 90 days from the date of departure, Travelrite International
reserves the right to cancel the tour, giving a full refund of monies paid, or
offer arrangements to proceed with the tour at a modified fare.
TOUR PARTICIPATION:
Children under 5 years of age are ineligible on coach & cruise tours. Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Passengers with disabilities are welcome on Travelrite & Cruise Offers tours provided they are accompanied by a companion capable of providing all necessary assistance, and do not require special assistance from Travelrite & Cruise Offers personnel. Travelrite and Cruise Offers reserves the right to refuse to carry anyone if it is felt the individual cannot cope with the requirements of coach & cruise tour travel and who may require services and facilities that Travelrite & Cruise Offers cannot guarantee will be available. You agree to not hold the Travelrite & Cruise Offers responsible for any decision made by any of them or any service provider to refuse to carry you, provide any facilities or accommodation to you or to provide any service to you.

the tour organiser. Travelrite International Pty Ltd, it’s agents, officers,
affiliates, and/or suppliers of services pursuant to or in connection
with these fly/cruise/stay holidays shall act only as agents in making
arrangements for hotels, transportation including transportation by
ship, restaurants, or any other service and do not assume any liability
whatsoever for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident or delay to person
or property due to an act of negligence or a default of any hotel, carrier
restaurant company or person rendering any services included in fly/
cruises, or by act of God. Further no responsibilities are accepted for any
damage or delay due to sickness, pilferage, labour disputes, machinery
break-down, quarantine, government restraints, weather, terrorism or
other causes beyond their control. No responsibility is accepted for any
additional expense, omission, delays, re-routing or acts of any government
authority. Baggage is at owners risk throughout the fly/cruise/stay holiday.
The passage contract between the carriers concerned when issued shall
constitute the sole contract between the carriers and the purchasers of
these fly/cruise/stay holidays and/or the passengers. The right is reserved
to withdraw any fly/cruise/stay holiday and/or make such changes in the
fly/cruise/stay holidays as may be found desirable or necessary for the
convenience of the parties and the proper carrying out of the fly/cruises.
This contract shall be construed in accordance of the laws of the State of
Victoria, Australia and any legal action must be undertaken in the State of

DELAYS AND UNFORESEEN EVENTS:
You engage Travelrite International
to book this tour on your behalf and you acknowledge that Travelrite
International acts as your agent for the purpose of making contracts
between you and the various providers of accommodation, transportation
and other services that comprise the tour. Travelrite may without reference
to you provide or make available to you, or may as your agent engage any
third party to provide or make available to you, any good or service which
Travelrite reasonably believes is necessary for your benefit to maintain
the tour itinerary, repatriate you or otherwise accommodate, transport
or sustain you in circumstances in which the tour itinerary fails wholly or
partly for any reason. You appoint Travelrite International your attorney for
this purpose. You agree to pay Travelrite any cost thereof and you indemnify
Travelrite in respect of any cost it incurs in this regard. Travelrite advises you
to obtain travel insurance generally including in respect of the risk that any
such good or service may become required.
