About a third of people on the cruise travel alone. We will match people in twin-share cabins when available, saving you the single supplement. You won’t be left alone, the Travelrite Tour Manager will be there to guide you. There will be group activities almost every day.
Dress cruise casual anytime during the day, in the buffet and in most specialty restaurants. For women, it includes summer and casual dresses, skirts, regular or capri pants, shorts, jeans and tops. Khakis, jeans, shorts and casual shirts are fine for men. Swimwear is acceptable at the buffet and out-door restaurant, but a shirt or a cover-up and footwear are required. Dress smart casual in our more upscale specialty restaurants. For women, it includes slacks or jeans, dresses, skirts and tops. For men, it’s jeans or slacks with a collared shirt and closedtoed shoes.
The cruise is fully escorted and will be a great fun holiday with plenty of activities. Each evening you will dine with the group at our reserved tables. You will meet a fun group of people and have a fabulous time.

Mahé, Seychelles
This morning we arrive in Mahé, the main island of
the Seychelles and the largest of the archipelago.
Surrounded by lush, jungle-covered mountains
that rise from the Indian Ocean, Mahé is home to
around 70 stunning beaches, framed by iconic
granite rocks, and known for its crystal-clear waters
teeming with vibrant marine life. On arrival, we are
met by our private coach and transferred to our
hotel, where we spend the next three nights.
DAY 3 Wednesday, 22 April 2026
Mahé
Today we enjoy a sightseeing tour of Mahé. We will
explore the capital of Victoria and see the Clock
Tower (known as ‘Little Big Ben’), the Arul Mihu
Navasakthi Vinayagar Temple and the Church of
the Immaculate Conception. We will also visit the
National Botanic Gardens, home to 40 species of
palm trees, exotic plants, native birds and giant
Aldabra tortoises and the Jardin Du Roi Spice
Garden which contains aromatic Indian Ocean
spices as well as some tortoises. This evening we
enjoy a Welcome Dinner.
DAY 4 Thursday, 23 April 2026
Mahé
Today we continue our sightseeing, heading south
to the Takamaka region, We will enjoy a tour and
tasting at the Takamaka Rum Distillery. Located on
an iconic heritage site, the distillery is also home to
a museum, historical ruins and two giant Aldabra
tortoises – Taka and Maka. After lunch, we will
spend a couple of hours relaxing on one of Mahé’s
iconic beaches before being transferred back to the
hotel mid-afternoon.

Embarkation
A free morning for last-minute sightseeing or
shopping. At midday, we are transferred to the
cruise port in Victoria to embark the Azamara
Onward.

Mombasa, Kenya
This morning we arrive in Mombasa, a historic
coastal city offering a unique blend of rich
cultural heritage and stunning natural beauty.
We enjoy a sightseeing tour of the Old Town,
including the Mombasa Tusks and Marikiti Spice
Market. We will also visit Fort Jesus, a UNESCO
World Heritage Site built by the Portuguese in
the late 16th century. It now serves as a museum
showcasing the history of the coast and its
people. We then visit Haller Park a nestled
between the hybrid of a zoo and a natural
habitat, where visitors can feed giraffes and
view hippos, crocodiles, and explore a butterfly
pavilion. The Azamara Onward remains docked
overnight in Mombasa.
DAY 9 Tuesday, 28 April 2026
Mombasa
A free day to relax and explore Mombassa or take
an optional wildlife safari in the Tsavo East National
Park. You will have a good chance of seeing four of
the Big Five including Elephant caked in the red soil
of the area and the unique maneless lions.

Zanzibar, Tanzania
This morning we arrive in Zanzibar, known as the
Spice Island, a Tanzanian archipelago off the coast
of East Africa. This ancient isle once ruled by sultans
and slave traders served as the stepping stone
into the African continent for missionaries and
explorers. On our sightseeing tour today, we visit
the historic UNESCO heritage listed Stone Town,
historic capital of Zanzibar. Stone Town of Zanzibar
is a fine example of the Swahili coastal trading
towns of East Africa. It retains its urban fabric and
townscape virtually intact and contains many fine
buildings that reflect its particular culture, which
has brought together and homogenized disparate
elements of the cultures of Africa, the Arab region,
India, and Europe over more than a millennium. We
will have a walking tour of the labyrinth of streets of
stone buildings of this historic city and have time for
shopping in the local markets.

Mamoudzou, Mayotte
Mayotte hosts some of the most stunning coastal
landscapes and color contrasts of the entire Indian
Ocean and draws culture and flavour from the
Comorian, Malagasy, French of course, Arab, and
all-around Island influences and foods of the area.
Today we tour the island and see spectacular
beaches and baobab trees, lovely lemurs, and
dramatic viewpoints. A day to remember!

Nosy Be, Madagascar
Nosy Bé, meaning Big Island in the Malagasy
language, lies just a stone’s throw off the
Madagascar northwest coast is a remote and exotic
destination known for its wildlife. We will visit the
Lokobe Reserve, home to the rare black lemur
and panther chameleon along with many other
species. We then explore its deserted beaches and
experience its unhurried pace before we return to
the ship.

Richards Bay, South Africa
Today we arrive in Richards Bay, which has the
deepest natural harbour in Africa. We will enjoy
South Africa’s sublime natural beauty and wildlife during a superb game drive at the Hluhluwe-
Imfolozi Park. Settle in for a picturesque drive north
to the park’s Memorial Gate. We will discover the
parks small population of rare white rhinos and a
spectacular variety of bird and animal life, including
elephants, lions, leopards, buffalo, blue wildebeest,
zebra, giraffe, cheetahs, mountain reedbuck, kudu
and warthogs.

Durban, South Africa
Often referred to as “the Asian Capital of South
Africa”, Durban is a vibrant city on the Indian Ocean
where Zulu, Indian, and European cultures flourish.
Set against a stunning backdrop of golden beaches,
towering mountain ranges, and deep valleys, the
city is a true cultural melting pot. We enjoy a tour
of the city, including the bustling Victoria Street
Market, where aromatic spices and colorful textiles
reflect Durban’s rich Indian heritage. We then travel
to the Valley of 1000 Hills to see local villages and
rural countryside. We make a stop at PheZulu,
where you’ll learn about culture and traditions that
define the Zulu Nation before returning to the ship.

Cape Town, South Africa
Today we arrive into the city of Cape Town, South
Africa. Known as the “Mother City”, Cape Town is
the oldest city in South Africa. Perched between the ocean and Table Mountain, with a national park as
its heart, there is nowhere like Cape Town. We enjoy
a sightseeing tour to see many fabulous sights
such as the imposing brick and stucco Houses of
Parliament, the Victoria and Alfred dock area, and
the Bo-Kaap area, where the Cape Malays live in
brightly-coloured cube houses dating from the 18th
and 19th centuries. We take the cable car up Table
Mountain for wonderful views of Table Bay, the city
and the sea (weather permitting). We return to the
ship for our last night onboard.
DAY 22 Monday, 11 May 2026
Cape Town
Today we will enjoy a full day tour to the Cape of
Good Hope and Cape Point, the most southwesterly
tip of Africa. These promontories were key beacons
for the early explorers and are the source of many
myths and legend. At the Cape we will visit the
famous lighthouse first erected in 1860. En route
we will visit Simons Town, a pretty coastal town
which is South Africa’s main naval base and consists
of lovely Victorian buildings, quaint streets and
walkways and a fascinating history. We check into
our hotel late afternoon.

Cape Town
Today will be a free day to explore Cape Town.
Perhaps visit Robben Island where Nelson Mandela
was incarcerated for many years or take a trip to the
Stellenbosch Wine region.

Touring can involve a considerable amount of walking and stair climbing in the places visited and it is important that all tour participants have a level of physical fitness that allows them to take part in this tour without the need of assistance from others.
TOUR OPERATOR:
Travelrite International Pty Ltd (ABN 64 005 817 078) is the tour organiser. Azamara Onward is operated by Azamara. The Azamara Onward fly/cruise arrangements are subject to the terms and conditions and general information detailed on the Azamara website. All passengers must complete the Azamara online cruise personaliser and sign a Travelrite International booking form.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT:
A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 per passen-ger should be sent with a completed Travelrite International booking form that lists your requested cabin category. As soon as the booking is confirmed, (usually within 24 hours), a cruise confirmation advice will be posted to the client. Final payments are due to be paid to Travelrite International 120 days prior to the commencement of the cruise package. A 1.5% administration fee will be added to payments by credit card.

REFUNDS:
The cruise is based on arrangements which do not allow for any refunds in respect to sightseeing, accommodation, meals or other services not utilised after the tour has commenced.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:
All passengers will require a valid passport. A visa for Tanzania is required for Australian passport holders. If not an Australian passport holder check with Travelrite International for visa requirements.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Adequate travel insurance is highly recommended to cover cruise members for the consequences of unforeseen events during the cruise and for cancellation fees which could result from events such as illness, accident, death etc.
BAGGAGE:
Passengers qualify for a 23kg free baggage allowance on flights to join or return from the cruise.
MINIMUM TOUR NUMBERS:
The fly/cruise arrangements have been made on the basis of a minimum number of passengers travelling. In the event that less than the required number of passengers have confirmed their booking 120 days from the date of departure, Travelrite International reserves the right to cancel the tour, giving a full refund of monies paid, or offer arrangements to proceed with the tour at a modified fare.
TOUR PARTICIPATION:
Children under 5 years of age are ineligible on coach & cruise tours. Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Passengers with disabilities are welcome on Travelrite & Cruise Offers tours provided they are accompanied by a companion capable of providing all necessary assistance, and do not require special assistance from Travelrite & Cruise Offers personnel. Travelrite and Cruise Offers reserves the right to refuse to carry anyone if it is felt the individual cannot cope with the requirements of coach & cruise tour travel and who may require services and facilities that Travelrite & Cruise Offers cannot guarantee will be available. You agree to not hold the Travelrite & Cruise Offers responsible for any decision made by any of them or any service provider to refuse to carry you, provide any facilities or accommodation to you or to provide any service to you.

DELAYS AND UNFORESEEN EVENTS:
You engage Travel-rite International to book this tour on your behalf and you acknowledge that Travelrite International acts as your agent for the purpose of making contracts between you and the various providers of accommodation, transportation and other services that comprise the tour. Travelrite may without reference to you provide or make available to you, or may as your agent engage any third party to provide or make available to you, any good or service which Travelrite reasonably believes is necessary for your benefit to maintain the tour itinerary, repatriate you or otherwise accommodate, transport or sustain you in circumstances in which the tour itinerary fails wholly or partly for any reason. You appoint Travelrite International your attorney for this purpose. You agree to pay Travelrite any cost thereof and you indemnify Travelrite in respect of any cost it incurs in this regard. Travelrite advises you to obtain travel insurance generally including in respect of the risk that any such good or service may become required.
