International touring can involve a considerable amount of walking and stair climbing in the places visited and it is important that all tour participants have a level of physical fitness that allows them to take part in this activity without the assistance from others.
Insurance & passport
You must have valid travel insurance to participate in this tour to cover you for consequences of unforeseen events during the tour and for cancellation fees which could result from events such as illness, accident, death etc. Please note, travel insurance may not cover costs incurred due to a pre-existing illness or other conditions. You are required to provide Travelrite International with your insurance company, policy number and hotline number at least one week prior to departure. You must have a current and valid passport to participate in this tour, a Certificate of Identity is not acceptable. You are required to provide Travelrite International with a copy of the photograph/ID page of your passport at least one week prior to departure.
Deposit, payment & cancellation
A deposit of $500 per person is required at the time of booking. Full payment will be required 60 days prior to departure. Cancellations within 60 days of departure will result in the loss of all monies paid. Cancellations outside 60 days from departure will result in a cancellation fee of $500 per person. The tour is based on arrangements which do not allow for any refunds in respect of sightseeing, accommodation, meals, airfare or other services not utilized after the tour has commenced.
Hotels
During the tour we have organized to stay in centrally located 4-5* hotels with twin share or double rooms with private facilities. You may book a single room which will incur an additional single supplement. You will be provided with a hotel registry detailing information about our hotels closer to departure. Hotels will be located in Abu Dhabi, Istanbul, Cappadocia and Cairo in addition to the 5* Nile Premium cruise boat. www.nilepremium.com * Please note hotel information is subject to change.
Is the tour tax deductible?

Travel Documents:
All passengers will require a valid passport. If not an Australian passport holder check with Travelrite International regarding visa requirements.
Travel Insurance:
Adequate travel insurance is highly recommended to cover cruise members for the consequences of unforeseen events during the cruise and for cancellation fees which could result from events such as illness, accident, death etc.
Baggage:
Passengers qualify for a 20kg free baggage allowance on flights to join or return from the cruise. Baggage is at owners’ risk throughout the cruise.
Minimum Tour Numbers:
This tour is based on a minimum number of passengers having booked 60 days prior to departure. Travelrite reserve the right to cancel the tour, giving a full refund of all monies paid or offer arrangements to proceed with a tour at a modified cost. We also reserve the right to change advertised entrances if necessary for the smooth operation of the tour.
Tour Costs:
Tour costs are based on airfare, general transport, accommodation costs and foreign exchange rate at October 30, 2009. Travelrite reserves the right to alter the costs if any of these factors change, giving any passenger that has booked the right to withdraw with full refund of monies paid or modify arrangements. No alterations to the price will be made within 60 days of departure from Australia. An additional 1% administration fee will be added to payments by Visa and Mastercard and 3% for payment by Amex and Diners.
Air Taxes:
From Sydney/Melbourne as listed in the itinerary. Please contact us for air taxes from different cities. The tour price and air taxes are as October 30 2009 if they change due to government and airline charges and currency variations Travelrite reserves the right to charge additional amounts
Responsibilities:
Travelrite International Pty. Ltd and Colour Travel Pty. Ltd. are the tour organizers. Travelrite and Colour Travel act only as agents for passengers in the making of arrangements with carriers, hoteliers and others for the tour. As a result we accept no liability for any act or omission whatsoever, whether negligent or otherwise of those carriers, hoteliers or other persons providing services in connection with the tour whom we have no direct or exclusive control. We do not accept responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, delay, change of schedule or any other events which are beyond our direct control, such as, but not limited to, war, terrorism, flood, fire, civil disturbance, acts of god, acts of government, or any other authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action. The passage contract in use by the carriers concerned shall constitute the sole contract between the transportation companies or firms and the purchasers of these tours and the passengers. Baggage is at own risk throughout the tour. The contract shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria.
